Spike Hound is currently a Windows ONLY Application

Download Spike Hound v1.2 - Stand-Alone

(No Matlab License Required) If you already have a version of Matlab Installed, there may be conflicts. You may get an error about some missing DLLs or something. This is due to your system path pointing to your existing matlab directory and not the runtime components (MCR) that you installed.
Create a text file named spikehound.bat
PATH=C:\Program Files\MATLAB\MATLAB Compiler Runtime\v713\bin\win32 spikehound.exe
Run spikehound.bat (containing the above lines) in the directory where you put spikehound.exe to launch the program

g-PRIME (Precursor to Spike Hound)

 g-PRIME was developed at Cornell University in Spring of 2007. It has a subset of the features that Spike Hound offers, and is, in general, less responsive. g-PRIME, however, does have many useful tools for offline analysis of recorded data. The source code and executables are archived here on the Spike Hound project. The g-PRIME web page contains an older version of the program:
